Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) need no introduction to those in the world of retail and e-commerce. Despite their origins in the United States (US), BFCM has quickly become one of the largest and the most anticipated shopping events in other regions as well, including Europe and Asia.
Keeping in mind how BFCM has evolved drastically over the years, our media partner Parcel Monitor has taken a closer look at how the latest peak season in the US turned out. One key finding of the study was that there was a decline in parcel volume growth during BFCM 2021 in the country. They also invited Nate Skiver, Founder of LPF Spend Management and an e-commerce delivery expert, to share his thoughts on the latest figures from the peak season last year.
